Warranty & Returns

All goods are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. A ‘standard’ guarantee that most goods are covered under is normally for a period of two years.

Some product offer enhanced warranty terms such as a ‘Lifetime Guarantee'. These terms can be confusing as the ‘lifetime’ referred to is the expected useful life of the product rather than the life of the purchaser. In all cases these guarantees do not cover wear & tear and accidental damage.

You can check the length of warranty that a particular item is sold with by viewing its individual product page.

We will directly replace any item that is found to be damaged or faulty within 30 days of it arriving with the customer and only once the item in question has been returned to us.

Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 60 days of receipt of goods, the item will need to be returned to us by the customer at their own expense.
